Is your honey really 100% pure?
Yes. It comes from our own hives and goes from the frame to the jar without heating, sugar, syrup or any additive.
My honey has crystallised. Is that normal?
Yes, it is a natural sign of real honey. Warm the jar gently in a bain-marie below 40 °C to make it liquid again.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person when you receive your order. No card needed.
Which cities do you deliver to?
All over Morocco. The main cities have their own delivery page with the fee and the usual delay.
What is the difference between Doghmous and Sidr honey?
Doghmous (euphorbia) is dark, strong and peppery, a winter classic. Sidr (jujube) is golden, creamy and caramel-like, the honey for guests and gifts.
How can I recognise real honey?
Buy from a beekeeper who can tell you where and when it was harvested. Real honey usually crystallises with time, smells of its flowers and is not uniformly runny. Our journal has a full guide.
Can I order a large quantity or gift boxes?
Yes, for weddings, events and companies. Contact us on WhatsApp with the quantities and the date.
Can I return my order?
If a jar arrives damaged or does not match your order, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it.
